Camofit Superfood reserves the right to refuse any order or transaction you place through the Camofit Superfood Online Store. Additionally, Camofit Superfood may limit or cancel quantities or orders purchased per registrant, person, per household or per order, for a violation of any of the Policies or otherwise as Camofit Superfood determines in its sole discretion. Camofit Superfood specifically reserves the right to limit, cancel or otherwise prohibit orders that in Camofit Superfood’s sole determination appear to be placed, by unauthorized dealers, resellers, distributors or other person(s) for the purpose of resale to third parties or for other uses which are not permitted without written consent from Camofit Superfood. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. Customers acting as unauthorized dealers, resellers, distributors or other person(s) for the purpose of resale to third parties or for other uses, who are in breach of the Terms and Conditions, shall be responsible for the costs of return shipping for returned product in the event customer wishes to return or refund product. In the event Camofit Superfood makes any change to or cancels an order, Camofit Superfood will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a Camofit Superfood product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Mamma Chia reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Camofit Superfood reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Camofit Superfood shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Camofit Superfood without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Camofit Superfood may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Camofit Superfood.

Miscellaneous

Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of Virginia, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N.
